ok lets answer my quewstion myself:
get the old cd from poseidon zeus kleopatra pharaoh
install it in a VM under xp completely
install the gog.com version on your host / pc
rename the directories from the installed gog.com version
get the zeus.exe pharaoh.exe
get the both diorectories from the xp vm and copy them to the pc
replace the old executables in the german / foreign versions with the gog.com ones
THERE YOU GO localized!
ok you need the old versions, but they run like a charm on windows 8 / x64 with the gog.com patched exes!
(i did this with a friends gog.com files / i had the idea)
This is only tested with german versions. so it may work with others too.
