I really hope Falcom can update the PC version to work with DX9 since it runs on the same engine as Ys Seven and the people who did the PC port of Celceta also did 7.
I am poor and my laptop is pretty ancient and can't run DX11 so I hope there is an update which supports DX9.
The game doesn't look like it needs DX11, too, and can be ported to DX9 with very little downgrades.
