So I'm trying to redeem the key I got from Playtonic for backing the game, but the redeem page just says "0 OF 1 ITEMS SELECTED". Seen that this has happened to a few other people in other games, but there never seems to be a solution provided. Anyone else suffering from this issue?

Same. Already sent a support request. No reply yet. It's been about an hour and a half.

EDIT: 1 hour and 45 minutes later, still no ticket reply, but now the game popped up. Try again OP and let anyone else know if it's working for you.

Had the same issue. Found out that it is possible to redeem your code in gog galaxy. Maybe it comes from our browser ? I use firefox
