I have a MacBook Pro 16" (2019) running BootCamp on Windows 10. All drivers and software are up to date. The right click and scroll on touchpad work just fine everywhere but in the actual game. I can use them to set controls from the Main Menu before loading or starting a game, but once a game is loaded, they don't work. This makes it impossible to complete the tutorial as the control for rotating a soldier does not appear in the controls list, so I can't rebind it, and the tutorial requires rotating a soldier.

You can use your touchpad to click the icon of the little soldier holding the rifle in the control panel to the right of your soldier's portrait to rotate their orientation. I don't recall what the keyboard shortcut would be as I've just used the button. Pic is attached.

Not sure if this will help you with all issues you might experience, but hope it helps.
