Ok, I did not have this problem from the beginning. I saved games and resumed no problems, then I stopped playing for like a few months, come back and the game does not see my saved game files at all, no matter what i tried. Anyone can help? I did try to point it to the save directory on launch, but it doesn't work.

I know it's not quite new of a post but still:
(that's for Windows btw)
Check your C:\Documents
The saves usually are there (default)
Maybe you don't see them cause you wiped out the contents of the \Documents folder?
Or maybe some Windows "feature" did that for you?
