MrPanda92: Hi, so my problem is that my game is crashing on start, every time i click on XCOM EU or EW the screen goes white for a second then black for a few seconds and the game crashes. Any help is appreciated :)
First of all: it is always good to open a Support ticket so we can track such issues properly :: HERE ::

Secondly, some basic info would be helpful :) :
- which system and graphic card do you have
- are you running game through Galaxy or from offline installer
- vanilla game or modded one
- do you have any overlay-like applications in the background (GeForce Experience, Afterburner, FRAPS, etc)
- do you have DirectX9 & MSVC 2015/17 redists installed in your system (game installer should handle those, but it is always good to double-check)

MrPanda92: Thiev thanks for the response, i solved the problem by closing Afterburner.
Glad it was a simple solution. Enjoy the game ;)
