Hi Everybody,

I bought this game today and was looking forward to play it but unfortunatly I experienced a problem when tried to launch the game. No matter if I try to launch Enemy Unknown or Enemy Within the screen turns white and the message "Failed to create the D3D9 Device! This can happen if the desktop is locked. Exiting..." appears.


Anyone have an idea how to solve this issue?
