I heard that it comes with integrated Xtended mod. Is that true?
Not sure if it's a good thing, so decided to ask. :|

No, it's not. It does not come with any pre-installed/integrated mods. Not even the official bonus pack is included in the GoG installer (it has to be downloaded separately from Egosoft if you want to use it).

Very good. Thank you.

edit: i asked because one of the reviewers (rvinagre) said that it does, and it was one of the major cons for him:

Sadly, X3-Reunion seems to be bundled with the eXtend pack, which amongst other things includes the seriously doubtful decision of removing the suit repair laser, thus making some of the game start alternatives near impossible.

I thought it very strange when I read that review but could no verify as I saw no reason to install Reunion again when I already had in installed from disk + I am (when/if I just could find some time. SIGH) playing TC now.

If memory serves me well, I don't think you have a suit repair laser in Reunion.

I know they were trying the idea out, so the code may be present in the game and can potentially be enabled via scripts, but, if I'm not going senile, the first time I came across repair lasers was in X3:TC.

There certainly was/is NO repair laser in X3:Reunion in my installation BUT that one was from a disc, albeit with the official bonus pack installed.
Ok. Thank you guys for clarification.
