So ive been wondering, during an exploration run i find a lot of sectors where there are these highways, so i ride one and end up in the middle of no-where, maybe a single factory all alone just floating there.
So.. am i missing here something?
Is it some sort of strange AI thing to leave massive open sectors completley empty for feauture development of new factories?

X:Rebirth or X4:Foundations?

If is for X4, the ones in xenon sectors, are supposed to be abandoned after the xenon's take the sector. The one in Nopileos Fortune, is supposed to have several pirate factories along it, but in 2.60, the pirate economy is broken, and their sectors are practically empty.
