Has the game been patched to v4.0 (which is the latest version as of now)?
Is all DLC included ("The Teladi Outpost", "Home of Light") or does an option exist to purchase the DLCs separately?

v 4.0 with Teladi Outpost included. The Home of Light DLC must either be purchased as an upgrade or included with main game in a package.

No Teladi outpost is missing, too.

Copy the extensions dir from the steam game dir into the GOG game dir.

At least, that is a a proper sollution for the missing DLC and mods. And I really need those mods.

First test result is, that the "Teladi outpost" and "Home of Light" start at least properly, if you copy the files from the steam directory: "common\X Rebirth\extensions". And of course, more important, the steam workshop mods.

But that is only the "10 minutes test"

Please don't come with the usual "you are breaking the copyright law" BS. We BOUGHT the extensions, both of them, already on steam, otherwise we won't be able to copy them in the first place! It works only for the license owners of the DLC.

And it solves the mod problem that this inferior GOG version has, the easiest way possible..

Teladi is not missing. I have played it just fine with no silly work around.

GOG is sometimes getting patches/updates later as we want to.
