since 2 weeks my game X4 foundations won't start everytimes i try to launch it i got a black screen at startup i'll updated my graphic card and reinstall the game multiple times nothing change i desesperalty need help my SPECS :

CPU : AMD A10-6790K APU with radeon(tm) HD Graphics, 4000 Mhz
RAM: 8GB
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 7700 Series

Did it work before? If so try to remember what you did before the problem occured and tell us.

You don`t really give the info that`s needed. Your graphics card you say is HD 7700 graphics- That`s a pretty low spec card. Again, has your game ever worked on it? It looks too low for what the game requires.

Are you on a laptop or notepad? What laptop is it?

The AMD Radeon HD 7700 Series is nowhere near powerful enough to come close to the (high) minimum graphics requirement. Even a HD 7770 is only half as capable as the stated GTX970.

That processor is also a fair bit below the minimum requirement.

What i don`t understand is why he said `since 2 weeks` as if the game`s been working.

i know my pc is not that good but when i buy the game for the first time i play it for 2hours at low settings withtout any problems and next day i try ti launch it but it won't and three weeks ago it still not working.

how can i get my money back ?

Apply to the support section on GOG, explaining your issue. Be honest. Say you made a mistake because you didn`t understand the specs. If you`re lucky the GOG staff may refund you with cash. They may refund you with a GOG wallet.

Things are still not making sense to me, (leaving it for 2 weeks) isn`t going to help you, but whatever.
