Is it normal that the soviet people can walk nearly as fast as cars, even on normal game speed?
The animation is also too fast for normal walking.

Is it maybe an Issue with Wine? I'm gaming on Linux.

Hey,

no they do the same on Windows. Like a fruit bat out of hell. Probably easiest to not be spotted by any secret police patroling the streets...

Probably the best solution found for balancing the game with vehicles and days that pass quickly. At least, that's how I see it anyway.
