I killed the seer which asked for 300 gold coin for the orb of clarity quest. Then I go to the snake temple and kills everyone in there after that I summon the spirit of xydusa and she keep calling me infidel and disappeared?

nothing you did was bad.. you need the book of the serpent to learn the responses to her questions. you dont actually need the book, just look the answers up online.

the book is in the serpent temple, after using the serpent statue
