I will start Wizardry 7 after finishing W6
By the way I could not control resolution of Wizardry 7 gold when i tried to play this game at first
So I had to play watching small screen
How can i change resolution as i wish?
Would I better play dos version than gold?

thanks

You're better off playing the DOS version.
The Windows version may have slightly better automap, but the artwork has been tainted to look more anime like, and Diplomacy doesn't work which is rather game breaking.
Wizardry Gold always runs in windowboxed 640x400 (no fullscreen mode); to have it fill the screen as much as possible you could set 640x480 compatibility mode in the shortcut properties.

The original Crusaders of the Dark Savant version is in the bonus content, not the main installer.

EDIT: oh and remember that you can optionally import your characters from Wizardry 6 with the Import (BANE) button. :) Similarly, Wizardry 8 supports character saves from either version of Wizardry 7.
