Who were these people, exactly, who held the various former Sir-Tech trademarks for a while (at least until 2006 or so in Wizardry's case)? Was this linked to certain legal action as detailed http://www.gog.com/forum/wizardry_series/will_wizardry_15_also_make_their_debut_on_gog here?

EDIT: Woah. I didn't realise they'd set up two 125919x companies (one for Wizardry and one for Jagged Alliance it seems?), and now I've realised I was talking about the wrong one! I meant 1259190 (for the difference it amounts to really, which is not much).

I'm going to take a wild guess and assume it was related to paying less taxes.
