Does the Rogue backstab stack with the berzerk from Bloodlust?

Yes he does.
However, if I remember correctly, he won't do 4x damage, since the effects "only" cumulate and don't multiply (i.e. it's 3x damage for a Rogue with Bloodlust).

Also, don't forget that Berserk has its drawbacks; you hit less often and I believe you also use up more stamina. Because of the accuracy issue, you might want to build up your weapon skill before you equip Bloodlust. (If you are commonly missing without Berserk, you are probably not ready to go Berserk.)
I could also point out that these modifiers only stack additively with the bonus for attacking a disabled target; Berserk + Backstab + paralyzed target will "only" get you 4x damage, not 6x or 8x. On the other hand, it stacks multiplicitively with the bonus for high Strength.
