I wonder if the 9 999 999 xp level cap by class is still there ?
Is there no way to save in the labyrinth?

Closes thing I have seen to "saving" in the maze is to camp, go to party options and select "go back to town". This leaves the party in the maze, but I dont think you can load the party back up directly after doing this - I *think* you have to take another party down to the location and search the spot where you "abandoned" the previous party to find them and add some (up to 5) of them to your party.

I have never been confident enough in this to risk trying it, since I got burned several times in the older versions where my characters could not be located (even though they were all alive and well when I left them).

You can leave your party in the dungeon and reload the game and return to them as the party you control and not someone you have to pick up. You can even leave a group in the dungeon and every time you go into the dungeon it will ask if you want to play as that party
