Noticed a couple of questions regarding limiting frames in this game. It seems at least AMD users don't have a specific option, like at least Nvidia provides, in their gpu console.

For those looking for other solutions you might want to install MSI afterburner. A freeware program that enables you to overclock/monitor your GPU. This program also comes with other functions such as limiting fps in a game of choice.

This article provides a howto for limiting fps with MSI afterburner.

With a Radeon video card:
- start the game
- press ALT+R to open up the GPU overlay
- if in the box "LAST PLAYED" you see the game icon, click "Adjust Game Graphics" below it
- if it's not there, go to the Gaming tab, at the end of the toolbar on the right click the icon with the 3 vertical dots and add the game by selecting the .exe in its folder. then scroll to the game icon in the list (or type "Wiz" on the search bar on the top to filter it)
- now you need to set the Vertical Refresh option, Freesync or whatever you want
- ALT+R toggles the overlay on and off. CTRL+SHIFT+O toggles a small overlay with the FPSs and power consumption if you want to check if all is working right.

That's what i did and do usually with other games. Much older titles sometimes can be limited with "Radeon Pro", but depends on the Radeon drivers, i think newer versions could work when previous ones didn't.
1.Enable Radeon Software's Chill and set the FPS limit to 60.

or

2.Change the INI file

%LOCALAPPDATA%\murphy\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor\GameUserSettings.ini
[/script/engine.gameusersettings]
bUseVSync=True
FrameRateLimit=60

So there is a Radeon option. Thank riddance... some of the AMD users would make us believe they are still partly in Medieval Times ;p

And the worse part... I believe them immediatly
