Kadorto says "not as effect or safe", should be "effective". Original to 1981 or error? ;)

The original game doesn't have any in-game help text for spells. (5.25 inch floppies really didn't have room for such things.)

Looking at the original manual:
* KADORTO's description doesn't mention this tidbit.
* DI's description uses the phrase "not as effective" (doesn't mention "safe").

So, I'd say the error is new.
