By looking at the GOG store listings, Witchaven I and Witchaven II do not support cloud saves. This feature should be added to allow for GOG version to be comparable (and thus competitive) with the Steam version. This appears to the be the only feature the GOG versions of the games are lacking when compared to the Steam versions.
