Hey folks!
Has anyone managed to get Wing Commander IV to work with Xpadder and an XBOX 360 controller? I have an Xpadder profile kitted out that I've just completed WC3 using, from start to finish, with no problems whatsoever.
Now that I'm done with that, it's time to move onto IV, but I've found that it appears to completely ignore Xpadder's settings, no matter whether I have the in-flight controls set to keyboard, mouse, or joystick. All I get is the D-pad changing camera view, and the up and down on the right analogue stick making the ship roll. Nothing else responds. If I switch the window to something like Notepad, Xpadder is working fine there. Can't get my head around it whatsoever!
So, I'd be EXTREMELY grateful if anyone who has found a solution to the same issue can clue me in. Gotta shoot me some pirates!
