Does it include the righteous fire expansion and the speech pack?

it doesn't include the expansion pack ...

From what I understand it is the CD version (i.e. with full voice) with Righteous Fire excised. This means the engine-level changes to Privateer (full-throttle key, kill breakdown, et cetera) are included, but none of the content of Righteous Fire.
I'd be rather disappointed had it been merely the speech pack: those voices were awful, and I'm really glad most were changed for the CD version!
