When loading it does not let me select start campaign it goes straight to locker room, any answers or am I just missing something? I have followed the forum procedures as far the UAC and deleting and restarting and run as admin, but still have the same problem.

use the space key or joystick button to make your selection, not the mouse button.

mouse button presses are registered buggy, you click once, but dosbox/the game registers several presses, which makes you accidently click on continue campaign when you just wanted to skip the intro.
