Hi everyone,

This is weird....while I can move the pointer with the joystick in the Lexington, when in the ship, only keyboard works....is this normal? Also, in Options the Calibrate Joystick button does nothing...

Regards,
Alex
Because of the set-up of the game the calibrate joystick function has been disabiled (or so I am led to beleive)

Have you hit Alt-O in flight and selected joysick. (It might seem obvious but some people just dont know to do that)

And ofcourse make sure that you have your joystick selected and activated in windows.

Hit Ctrl-J, and you should see a message that says "Joystick Mode".

Yes this is normal. The game doesn't default to joystick or mouse control for whatever reason. SImply hit Alt+o like the other poster mentioned once you are in the cockpit. Choose joystick as your controller option and make sure you hit save or you will have to do this *every* mission.

Also there's a bug where sometimes on the planetary missions the game reverts back to keyboard once you get to the planet... you fix it exactly the same way.
