Hello!
Recently I found my Wing Commander 4 DVD copy from way back and just today tried to install it. Everything went fine with the install or so it seemed, but I started the game to find all the sound missing from the cut scenes. I've hunted around a bit and have found multiple links to a AC3Filter that supposedly will fix my issue, but have also heard it comes packaged with a PUP.
What I'm curious of is if anyone has had experience installing AC3Filter and is it safe? I'd really like to be able to relive this gem again. Any advice would be awesome.
