After I launch the game (Wing Commander 5) I hear all of the audio, but the screen is black. When I ALT-ENTER into windowed mode, I see the screen in what looks like 640x480 but the video is not displaying properly, with every other video line looking garbled.

Windows 10 64 bit
RTX 2070

Anyone had this issue and foxed it?
