Hello! The previous update came out on 8 December, with two hotfixes for that update coming out over the next couple of days. Are you running version 35033?

If you are and you're still running into crashes, please send us an email at support@compulsiongames.com. Please include your Saved folder (zipped is fine, available at %LOCALAPPDATA%/GlimpseGame/Saved), along with a dxdiag output and a reference to this thread, as we'll need those to help figure out what's going on.

We're currently working on an update but don't have a release timeline yet. However, I can say that it's not too far away. We'll post here when we have a date.

Also, my apologies for the delayed response - as this forum has been a bit quiet recently, I've got out of the habit of checking every day. I'll make sure we get back to that.
It's not letting me update to 35033, it's still the update before this one, I tried changing the settings in GOG to see if it will update. but I think it's a case of uninstall / reinstall again.

Still it's a fantastic game and looking forward to more story elements.

As far as I can tell both Galaxy & the versions available in our account pages are still the December 19 2016 build 34857 so the update hasn't been released here for some reason.

Hmm. You might be right. I've looked into this a bit more deeply, and it looks like one of our programmers published a sneaky hotfix for a GPU hang on Steam but didn't publish it to GOG.com because she didn't have access to the pipeline. I suspect there was a miscommunication internally on who was supposed to upload it.

I'm sorry about this. I don't think this fix would solve OP's issues, as it only fixed GPU stuttering and not crashing, but there should have been parity here. Unfortunately, it's going to be very difficult for us to reverse engineer the previous build as that programmer is no longer with the team. However, it is included in the mainline branch, so it will be part of the next update, which should be coming along in a couple of weeks or so (date to be confirmed).

We'll do better next time.

It's okay mistakes happen! :) Thanks for the explanation and that we'll have parity with Steam (ugh *lol*) for the future update(s).
