I'm having some problems with two quests in particular:
(1) Where's the Power I know I'm not the only one experiencing this but here's my take]
This quest is kind of critical, is it not? I'm not sure how else to fuel all my empty power sells unless it's via Ralph's mysterious mouth, but after I take down the people attacking him I don't have the option of talking to him. All I can do is a Takedown and then I fail the mission. This has happened more than once now, days apart. In my most recent attempt, about 10 minutes ago, I waited around the area and decided to move the the bodies I'd made to a different area, mostly to kill time. I moved two people (one unconcious and the other dead), dropping them outside a nearby building. When I walked back to Ralph, the once unconcious body apparently got back up and joined me. After I knocked him out again, I looked down and saw that the dead body had regenerated in the spot where that NPC usually stands...if they were alive. She was still dead, but she was not where I left her.
So, tl;dr I cannot get Ralph to talk and the dead are moving about.
(2) It's a Terrible Life
I made the suits but afterward I couldn't initiate a conversation with either member of the couple. It's annoying because the suits take up soooooo much room in my inventory. I know there's a second stage to the quest, but I cannot trigger it.

I'm kind of at the point in the game where if I keep playing without making progress in some of these quests and possibly getting out of the Garden District and Lud's Holm I'm going to run low on things to do as well as consumable goods, specifically safe food. I'm also absurdly low on inventory space. I once came across TWO inventory expansion kits in the same room but the game crashed a while later and my last save was before that point. Since then I haven not come across any. I've logged more than 10 hours of game play at this point and I still have the initial amount of inventory space, plus a bunch of pockets for the quick access items, which is...not the same. Are the expansion kits hiding somewhere specific?
I'd love to play this game some more, but I'm not sure that I can or should unless I can reliably complete quests or get more inventory space for all the things I apparently need to hoard.
