No official time has been confirmed for GOG so it looks like we'll have to wait and see. I hope they launch the upgrade package to the digital deluxe edition today.

no, it was 7:00AM gmt.
The question is, will GoG also have the game available at 7:00AM gmt or is this just the steam the game arrives at steam.

Pretty sure Steam already has it and has had it for a day or two now. They just gotta press that "release" button so that we can all start to download it and buy upgrades and stuff.
