On the store page, it shows that I own the Wasteland 2 Director's Cut Digital Deluxe Edition Upgrade. However, I am unable to find the extra content that it says I should have, such as the novellas and soundtrack. I don't see anything in the folder for the game besides the directors cut manual. Any help with this would be appreciated. Thank you.

I don't know how to do it using Galaxy (I don't use it), but if you log in to your account page using a web browser:

https://www.gog.com/account

then find the Wasteland 2 game in the list of your owned games ("My Collection") and click on it
then look at the right-hand side of the pop-up window and you'll see the list of extras. Click on whatever one(s) you want to download.
