The three limerick clues that should be in the Prison Block, Diner, and Playground are not there. I've defeated all the enemies in the Warren, except for the ones behind the door that opens when right limericks are selected. I've carefully went over all three areas several times, they're just not there.

I've completed this quest on a previous play through with no issues, but on this play through the clues just aren't there.

Is this some kind of bug? Or is there something else I need to do to get the clues to appear?
