I heard this game is very hard.

I have a few questions:
Can I save anywhere, at any time, or is there a limit?
Is there a tutorial to help newbies at the start of the game?
Should I worry about amount of food? Ammo? Or there is plenty to be found?
Enemies respawn at cities?

I'm almost buying this.
Seems a interesting game.

Seems a interesting game.
You can save anywhere, BUT there is only 1 save "slot", and it also autosaves when you "enter a new location"

no food, plenty of ammo(except limited power packs as they can't be bought in shops)

there are fixed encounters and random encounters just about everywhere, there are safe areas to rest usually inside buildings
