Healing doesn't work?

1) "Heal self" doesn't work.

2) Unicorns also don't heal.

I tried re-installing. Also tried compatibility mode.

I'm on windows 7 64-bit.

Did you try restarting your computer? I know it may sound weird since you have re-installed the game but you see the thing is that re-installing doesn't clear the RAM while rebooting does. I've heard that Warlords Battlecry series was poorly coded and prone to memory leak and hence the problem may remain even after re-installing. But if the memory leak is causing the problem than a simple reboot should fix it. Please let me know if it helped.
You know what, it seems to have fixed it.

I have no idea how made any difference but thanks.

Typical memory leak ;) Anyway - I'm glad it's working now!
