Long ago a Portuguese gaming magazine gave away free copies of Warlords Battlecry 2. Me and my friends from school use to play against each other and largely ignored the Campaign, until one day someone "discovered" that if you finished the campaign you could transfer your hero, along with the artifact know as Orb of Etheria, to Warlords Battlecry 3.
One eternity later I buy and play Warlords Battlecry 3 here on GOG and suddenly remembered what I just told you.
Is this true? If so how does it work?

I'm pretty sure that is just a rumor.
Official sites, manuals and wikis turn up nothing.
This is a "Pikablue" situation. :P
Thanks for the reply.

Considering the differences between character building in the two games (ex. Humans are a single race in WBC2 but not in WBC3), and that the Orb of Etheria seems to be just an item (though a potentially very powerful one), I was pretty sure that there was no way to transfer a character.

However, I haven't played WBC3, so I wasn't entirely sure if maybe I'd missed something.
