tl;dr is controller support a Steam Exclusive? I hope that is not true.

I have been waiting for the 1.4 update as well.
it has a July 17th release date on console maybe we get the controller support then

Is this common on GOG that games are lacking behind the steam version? I like GOG but this hits me hart because I think this game would be awesome on my TV.

Since people are getting confused by this thread: yes, the GOG version of the game has been updated and yes, that includes the gamepad support.

Current version as of this writing: 1.4.6.1.
