I cannot get more than 30 FPS in game (usually 24) . Tried different resolutions, V-sync on or off, fullscreen and windowed to no avail. To make it worse, every time I select a unit there is a lag spike and the screen ends up in a corner of the map for some reason.

Inter Core i5-8300H
8GB RAM
