Whenever I try to start the game I get this error message: Bad image - msvcp.dll is either not designed to run on windows or contains an error. Errorcode: 0xc000012f

So I reinstalled visual c++. Didn´t work.
Reinstalled the game. Didn´t work.
I replaced the msvcp.dll manually (64 bit, because my system is 64 bit). Didn´t work.
I cleaned up the registry. Didn´t work.
I used various system-check-tools. Didn´t work.
Deleted temporary files. Didn´t work.
Scanned for malware. Dindn´t work.
Deleted windows-updates. Didn´t work.

Is it actually possible to launch this game?

Problem solved. Looks like the Visual C++ 2012 Redistributable Packages in my download folder where corrupted. After redownloading and installing the packages the game works now.
