Game start with the splash screen and then it crash no matter which mode I choose (normal (enhanced) or classic)

EventViewer is reporting an error related to smackw32.dll, anyone has a clue ?

I can't confirm this, but in one of the reviews on the store page someone had to rename (or delete) that file from their game folder and then it worked after that. According to them, that file is only for the cutscenes. So deleting it removes the videos but the game would otherwise play fine. I would suggest renaming it first and see it that works. If not, possibly then reinstalling the game again or using the verifying if you're using GOG Galaxy app may help.
