This does not let me see the screen normally. It's like a sticker glued to my monitor..

Some application with overlay (some acer\asus\optional nvidia experience\un-official NV Inspector\logiteck\a4\steelseries\etc applications, some audio related, all that is NOT a part of the drivers tools should be closed or removed (nvidiacontainer is a part of the driver)).
Go to task manager, find war2.exe, and check which one process interfier with that by RMB - Analyze Wait Chain.

Or just close everything.
