This apparently unlocks if both games are owned on Steam. Will we be getting it as well? I hope so.

The only one I'm aware of left out of that list is the Oni Ashigaru Worker Skin, which looks to be the most recent from the announcements on the developer's website. Similar to the dragon costume, it is unlocked at a specific time of year, April, in this case.
