Well, hexes help, alright. I got 3 legendary weapons already and a legendary demonic power and as i see it, i am not even halfway the game. But i found 4 items, two with the "extraordinary luck" attribute (find better rarity items) and two with "luck" (find % more items). I have some questions...

1) The extraordinary luck, doesn't appear in transmutation. Can i reinforce it somehow on the item, does it have a "secret recipe"?
2) The "of luck", shows which demon powers amplify it and i already reinforced it a bit. But can i add this power anew on another item? Is there the ability to you yourself add a new attribute to an item already having a couple of them on it?
3) What helps more? 2 weapons with finding more % items, 2 weapons with finding better rarity items or a combo of both?

Also, can i add attributes to legendary weapons or affect their abilities with transmutation?

1. No.
2. You need corresponding legendary powers to add it as new property, after that you can upgrade it with any quality.
3. Elder weapon of extraordinary luck with added luck suffix (more exp, more items, higher quality) in one hand and best dps weapon in other hand(whatever floats your boat). If it takes half the time to clear level with better weapon, it virtually doubles drop and exp.
4. I should add, because it isn't clear in the game, that upping demonic power's strenght would increase its rarity to purple.
