Is the GOG version the 1.0, 2.0 or 2.1 version of Codename Outbreak?

GOG version is 1.0. See my attachment about the evidence.
This is a huge disappointment. Not intrested in playing V1.0 when I know how V2.1 should behave and even though it had some corrections it still contained a load of bugs I once collected on this page:

I tried to install V2.1 patch separately:

But the game itself refused to work giving some Direct 3D error every time which it gave already with V1.0 when I tried to optimize the video settings.
After patch installation a label "=Patch 2.1=" should appear at the bottom right corner of the loading screen. This ensures that patch is properly installed.

- compatibility with DivXG400 utility (incompatibility caused problems with intro movies playing)

- doors are not visible in multiplayer game
- corrupted sounds

Well, although it may be a v1.0 all the problems this game had when running on the modern systems (much more than mentioned in the patch notes you qoute) have been fixed. So if I may say so, in my opinion it is a version 3.0

I installed first the 2.0 patch and then the 2.1 patch and got the same error so i guess these patches only work on the retail hard copies, in my case the UK Codename Outbreak CD-ROM version.

The game is already patched, as shown at loading screen.
