I notice there's a thread with 40 replies in it, but when I click on it all I get is " the message

So lets start another one on how to fix this glitch eh?

There's actually only a single reply in that thread, by the guy claiming to be one of the original Vangers' devs. I'll quote his reply, as you might be interested in it:

It definately says "40" under the replies column though - no matter I'll have a good look at that link, thanks Groze!

Not much use I'm afraid, I've not got a good grasp of Russian!
