Hi guys!

The supposed solution is not working in my case. I needed to download 2 patches from this site: https://www.oldunreal.com/downloads/unreal/oldunreal-patches/, one is for Return to Nepali expansion which I should install first and the second one is for the Unreal Gold patch. Return to Napali patch is asking me to insert Unreal Gold CD which I do not own, because I own the game on GOG.

You should not need the Return to Napali patch for Unreal Gold. That patch is for if you manually installed RtNP (as an expansion) into a classic original Unreal (non Gold, does not contain RtNP originally) install.

All you should need is the oldunreal latest update specifically for Unreal Gold: UnrealGoldPatch227i.7z

I get general protection fault error. I turned off DEP for Unreal and I am trying out all of compatibility settings and video cards. I also run everything in admin mod.
