every time i try to play UT GOTY online (pretty much only on the instagib servers) its tells me that i need the NPLOADERLL download YES/NO i click yes, nothing happens, i click on nothing happens, i dont get it and it only will let me join games to spectate ill click join nothing happens but as soon as they run out of enough lives for me to join (Last Man Standing) it will let me in i dont get i it sucks man

It seems to be part of some server admin/anti-cheat thing. According to this thread, you need to put these files into your Unreal Tournament\System folder.
