Just started playing Unepic for the first time, fun so far. -_^

**?SPOILERS?**
I've run into something that has me stuck though, I encountered a 'shiny' object and a robed 'thief' guy showed up and quickly snagged it before I could. Using the method outlined by the game dialog I lured the thief back and took the item back. Which appears to have been a 'Teleport scroll'.

After using the scroll I found myself in a room filled with 'thieves' who all quickly teleported out. Aside from a single gold coin in a lower section this area appears to be empty, with no exits/entrances.

When I use the Map it says something like "Can't access Scenario". D:

What's up with this room?! Is there no way out? O_o

I always just used the Halo to get out. AFAIK it's not attached to any particular part of the castle, nor does it have any normal exits. It may be on another continent, for all we know.
This might be a bit of a spoiler:
This room becomes filled with things that the thieves have stolen. I imagine if you accidentally leave something important in the open for them to steal, you'd have to go there to reclaim it.

Another possible spoiler/hint... Sometimes you have to keep luring/killing thieves to get the right thief to drop the thing you want. But if you keep doing it, they do eventually drop the teleport scrolls. I didn't get a scroll for a while so I didn't know about them until later in the game.

Also if I remember correctly there are other places (like some boss areas) that you have to teleport out of.
