6502_Workshop: Shortly after the lift, there is a big room that is totally filled with water. I found corridors (also water filled) on the north and west sides of the room but I run out of air before I get much past the entrance to the corridors.
Since magic and potions don't work, I'm not sure to how to get past this obstacle. Any ideas?

There are actually corridors in all 4 directions. To the north is a bit quicker and this is where you should go first. There is a pocket of air directly above that is big enough for you to be able to catch your breath and swim along a little. The passage to the east ends up in the same place but it's a bit longer and not really worth the extra aggravation.
You are about to head into the column room here. Remember what I said earlier about the cart with 4 chunks of Blackrock? Take at least 1 piece with you. If you want a Blackrock sword then you will need to take all 4. You need to leave Covetous with at least 1 piece (regardless of where you picked it up) or you will be very aggravated later on.
