Can someone help me with the puzzle in Shame where there are the levers that need to be pulled without the watcher seeing?

I don't recall that specific puzzle over-well myself, but I see that UHS-Hints has a set of hints for Ultima IX, and I believe that I've found a section for the relevant puzzle there:

I am asking for some to do it for me since I am not quick enough. I understand that I only need to pull the levers and avoid the watcher but the watcher sees me every time.

I managed to solve the puzzle by pulling a few levers c at a time then waiting behind the wall for the eye to pass then pulling more until the puzzle was complete.
