I open the game and the mouse moves but I can't click or use the keyboard. Does anyone have any ideas?

Not many details in this post. What do you see on the screen and how are you executing the game? Through GOG Galaxy?

Yes, GOG Galaxy, If I delete the save files (all of them) and turned off cloud sync the game works normally. You can see the game state in the attachment. East Tenebrae just after getting the Foci forged.

Hmm, interesting, sounds like a corrupted save file. Your save files are saved as U8SAVE.001 - U8SAVE.011. You may want to turn on cloud sync, which should restore your save games, then you can back those up somewhere.

After, you can turn off cloud sync, delete all of your save games, start a new save game, save in the first slot (i.e., as U8SAVE.001), then you can try to copy over all of your other U8SAVE.002-U8SAVE.011 files into the directory. Then, when you start the game again, you should automatically load into your newly created U8SAVE.001. Then go into the journal and try to restore one of your old games. The most recent old game you have may not allow you to restore, as that may be corrupted, but you may be able to restore one of the older, uncorrupted save game files.
