Just purchased the game in 2021 - Still no reference card or maps with the game.

If you type "Ultima 1 command list" in Google, it will take you a site with all the Ultima information you could as for.

Don't think I've ever seen a digital version of the Ultima I Reference Card for PC. However the following links should fill the gaps:
